Staff was amazing! Each day I got an update and was made aware of each step. It was a great experience in a situation where I was very nervous and anxious about what would happen. So having those updates helped so much. When I went to pick up my car it was cleaned and looked absolutely amazing!!!! I’m so happy and thankful to everyone that helped make my car look brand new again. I was so sad seeing how I just got my car in July. But the team made it happen and I’m so satisfied and grateful. Thank you everyone!

My car’s bumper is hit at the parking lot, it was damaged. It’s the first accident I encountered. I was worried during whole the process, but I got texts from Caliber Collision everytime whenever there’s new progress regarding to my repair. My car looks completely brand new after repair just as I just bought yesterday. I’m really satisfied.

The entire process was very easy. I dropped off my car, the desk person told me how the process would go, they arranged for me to get picked up to go to the rental spot and everything went smoothly. My car looks great and I received text updates on the car which was a great touch.
