The entire process was very easy. I dropped off my car, the desk person told me how the process would go, they arranged for me to get picked up to go to the rental spot and everything went smoothly. My car looks great and I received text updates on the car which was a great touch.

Caliber Collision on Wilson and Colorado is the best body shop I’ve ever been to. The quality of their work, timelines, customer service and the professionalism is exemplary. The general manager, Nahum Martinez, runs an organization that resembles a Rolex watch, in that it does a perfect job at its intended task, is always on time, and exudes quality. I give Caliber Collision a six star rating because it is better than the best. This is the only body shop I will ever use.
