I really commend Calibur for not just a fantastic repair job but the great customer service by Alan in particular and they even had my car ready five days earlier than the original estimate, which is I was hoping for and Alan made it happen.

Caliber is wonderful! My car looks brand new, runs well, and was ready sooner than expected . Staff was helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and all went above and beyond to make sure my experience was flawless. Paula was terrific…very organized and kind. My service rep was fabulous- really knowledgeable and polite. And the manager was equally as helpful and made my experience really wonderful. I wish that the experience my wife and I had at Caliber Collision was common place, but we all know it is not. The level of excellence I experienced with this repair at your shop should be the standard of how this type of business can be run. When we picked the car up, not only was the exterior repaired with an excellent example of craftsmanship in the fit and finish of the body parts, but the car was washed, the rims gleaming and the tire sidewalls shiny. It looked better than before the accident. From my perspective, I would like to say congratulations to your management team. You have created a culture of excellence with your personnel and product. Allen Luna did an excellent job of managing this project. He communicated with us in a timely manner, followed up and kept everything moving. He is knowledgeable, alert and professional. When we casually mentioned at our first meeting about an unrelated problem we were having of trying to get two pair of sun glasses out of an overhead compartment designed for one pair; he surprised us by even accomplishing that. I appreciate good "above and beyond" customer service and Allen is a solid asset to your firm. I hope you pay him well.
