If 11 were available, that’s what I would’ve selected. For the second time (unfortunately) this year Caliber eliminated all the repairs related stress from the situation. The car had to be passed to a second facility because electric, and still all repairs were flawless, the communications were constant, and the delivery was a week ahead of ETA. Plus, we had forgotten some cash in the car, Chris called us to let us know it would be put in safe envelope, somehow it got lost when we picked the car up, and Caliber sent us a check for more than the value of the lost cash (despite us saying it wasn’t really necessary to up the value), just to say sorry!! Amazing all around!
