I have always had a wonderful experience with Caliber Colllision. My guide was Nahrun (I hope I spelled that correctly.) and my car was delivered in perfect shape as if it was brand new. They made it very easy to deal with the insurance company, and I would recommend Caliber commission to anyone..

The paint color on the rear bumper was a much lighter color than the rest of the car. Very noticeable. I found out when I went to the front desk, I signed some papers, the car key was given to me and I then went out to my car. After I saw the paint job, I went back in to the main counter to explain the situation. One your associates walked outside with me and basically explained that I have an older car, the paint had faded on my car, the paint used was based on the color label code on the inside of the car. Because of the different shade of color, it looks like the bumper was a replacement part. The associate did assure me that the work you did was on warranty. You know, funny thing - I had your company do work on that car about five years ago (a car backed into the side of my parked car and damaged the side) and they matched the paint perfectly. And the service, personnel and the body work / paint job was five star. Another thing, your front desk people don’t seem to be very happy. Big difference from when I was at your office five years ago. On the plus side the work was done quickly and the painting done on the car was done well. Hopefully, I will never need body work on this car in the future -but- if I do I will never use your services nor will I recommend your company. Big difference from your company from five years ago. But I will thank you for keeping the price of the repairs and paint job at a reasonable price and replacing the bumper very quickly. I have left a message with my insurance agent explaining my disappointment.

Recently, I had a very positive experience with the manager of Calibers. The manager responded to my recent survey - re: disappointed that car repair paint job color was lighter than the paint color of the rest of the car. The manager and I determined a time in which I could bring the car back and make the repair situation satisfactory to me. I believe the manager is a committed, kind, caring, and a valuable dedicated member of the Caliber Company.
