I found the people and the service at Caliber Collision to be top notch. Hyundai, on the other hand, lagged on getting to parts shipped to CC. I am confident that if I ever need work done on my car, I will go back to Caliber Collision!

Did not have to worry about estimate and repair as it was handled between Caliber and the insurance company. Did not like that all notifications and status was by text. Would like to have had a little interaction with my service person.

This is the third time I have dealt with caliber collision on Colorado in Pasadena. They were very friendly and helpful and they dotted every ”I”and crossed every “T”. The repair was done well and the car was returned to me very clean. It’s not always so important but their bedside manner was second to none. Even the manager would come over to me at every opportunity to make sure I understood everything and to make sure I was comfortable.
