I could tell that you guys don’t believe in quality control when it comes to handing over vehicles to customers. multiple locations not polished correctly that were sanded, also you guys decided to paint over the filler that was sanded instead of sanding with the fine grit beforehand you could clearly see sand marks under the paint. filler dripped on my rims, glue from where the tape was at around my vehicle, damage front rim which apparently wasn’t done by you guys but I specifically remember walking around my vehicle with the technician named Allen even wiping my fingers on the rims to show him that there was no damage. Interior was dirty from sanding of filler and was not clean. door jam did not polish correctly in all honesty I could’ve took my car to some shop in South Central and it would’ve been done better than caliber collision unfortunately I don’t trust anybody with my vehicle here and I will be fixing my car on my own and possibly filing small claims.

The front passenger was leaking water and air and made the car undriveable at highway speeds. Caliber either didn't notice this glaring defect or didn't care.

This was my first accident and it was a super stressful situation, and I was extremely nervous and unsure about the process of getting my car fixed. From the beginning I felt like I was in great hands here. The car looks great and it was done almost a week before the estimated completion date. I am blown away - thank you guys so much!
