There is a slight separation between the bumper and the quarter panel. The difference can be seen on both sides.

I Am so happy with the service I received from Caliber Collision. Tony worked with me and told me what to expect and how long it would take. He was right on target. He also went the extra mile and helped me out with a few other requests I had re: touch up and buffing of areas unrelated to the job now y car has a new bumper now and was totally sparkling clean when I picked it up. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a vehicle repair. They are very nice people and they did a wonderful job on my car.

I am not signing off on my car. It wAs returned to me in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I brought up that I thought there was frame damage and Tony assured me that they had the equipment at Caliper take care if any frame issues. I told him the car was pulling to the left and to the right. I trusted that the issue was addressed and taken care of. I'm confident the car was not even driven on a test drive! I turned around as soon as I pulled out as the car was pulling to the left and then when i tired to the right to the right. He went on the test drive with me and experienced the problem then wasted more of my time telling me that it did not happen for the guy across the street. I don't care what the computer says it is deeper then an alignment problem I'm certain that the frame of my car has been damaged and is no longer safe and not on the condition if a brand new car!!!!

I was recommended to Caliber through my insurance agent and was aprehensive about taking my car after experiencing a rough time with another company. Anyways, Caliber's employees were very helpful, informative quick and most importantly made my 05' Scion Tc look fantastic! They went further than making my car look 100%. Needless to say, if something were to happen again to my car I would definatly take it to Caliber Collison in Pasadena again.
