Eileen the receptionist explained the process thoroughly and patiently answered all questions and concerns. I had a great experience with Pedro and the team after my car accident. The repair process can be stressful, but they made everything much easier. Pedro kept me updated throughout the entire repair, which I really appreciated. He regularly checked in and explained how things were progressing, so I always knew what was happening with my car. They also handled communication with the insurance company, which was a huge relief since they were difficult to deal with. Everyone at the shop was incredibly helpful. The team even gave me a ride to the rental car place, which saved me a lot of time. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned and looked fantastic. I also want to mention the front desk staff. They were always kind, welcoming, and helpful whenever I came in or called. It really felt like everyone there genuinely cared. I’m very grateful to Pedro and the entire team and would absolutely recommend them.
