My service advisor, Saeid, was great. He provided daily updates, answered all of my questions, and addressed any concerns I had. . The front desk experience was not great. During drop off they misplaced my paperwork. When they found it they "told" me to sign. I had to ask them to go over the documents with me. Same experience during pickup. Paperwork misplaced, told to sign, the lady training spoke very loud and seemed to be rushing. It felt like she was yelling at me. The trainee, however, was polite and as allowed me to take my time.

Saed was great. Professional, personable and kept me informed. The front desk staff needed some help. On pickup and dropoff. paperwork. Both times the paperwork was there at the front desk. During dropoff I was asked to sign but no one explained anything to me, I had to ask for assistance. The same thing at pick up. The lady training was loud and preoccupied, but not with the trainee. I felt like she was yelling at me. The lady training was very nice and professional. I also must the lady I went to when I stopped by to get an estimate a few weeks before my appointment was very knowledgeable, attentive, and super nice.
