Dust dried in the paint and they were unable to fix it properly. I feel like fine details should be checked before calling the customer to return the vehicle. I also feel as though I should not have been given an option of just letting that slide or truly wanting it fixed. I believe the company should want to stand behind a quality product being given to their customers. Especially when I am the claimant, not the insured. Full restoration should be the quality aim.

they were so kind, each time on the phone and in person. I needed a ride back home when I dropped off my car and they got someone to drop me off. I also noted some dirt in my car after the repair and my tech immediately cleaned it off. Great service!
