Overall experience was good. The only problem I think I have is that we changed front lamp for one side while the other is still old one which is creating a bit issue while driving as one side is too bright and the other side is dull and is creating a distraction. Not sure if we can do anything about this.

The quality of the car repair was great. The car's front fender was replaced after being painted, and the engine cradle extensions also had to be replaced.

Yes, I was satisfied with Saeid's customer service. He kept us updated with regular status update text messages. He also asked that we take in the car for a quick review when we found that the car's horn wasn't working. The car Horn's cable was found to need additional securing, so the tech secured the wire enough to get the car horn to work again. Thank You to Saeid and the tech for this additional effort!

Debris/splash shield is hanging. So the pin was broken and not replaced after disassembly or it just wasn't put back together properly. Either way I got my car back not fully asembled and now I an expense where I should not. I despise dealing with imcompetence and poor communication.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision in Pflugerville. After my car was hit, I filed a claim with my insurance company and chose Caliber based on their excellent reviews. They absolutely lived up to their reputation. Tosha guided me through the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. I received text updates throughout the repair, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. I was amazed that they completed the repairs in only four days, and my car looked impeccable when I picked it up. They handled the insurance billing directly, so all I had to do was pay my deductible. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly, and efficient. Both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up, I was helped immediately without any waiting. As a finishing touch, they washed my car before returning it, and it looked fantastic. From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff & managers kept me updated as to the progress of the repair and worked with me to ensure that I didn't need to use extra time on my rental car (so the repair was done before my free days of rental vehicle expired)

After driving my car for awhile there is a squeal at very low speed and turning. I will contact Callibure if the sound doesn't go away
