Kyle was amazing. He goes above and and beyond I’m not just saying and I’m not just saying that. Towards the end I was having adjuster issues with my insurance company and he provide assistance in a way that moved the process along for me. During the process he was communicative and I can tell he takes pride in what he does and cares about the customer. That’s how you do business so thank you.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision on York Street. My car ended up needing much more extensive repairs than initially expected, and I was on a very tight timeline to get it back. The team really came through for me, and Kyle in particular was amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, kept me updated, worked with me around my timeline, and clearly put a lot of effort into getting everything taken care of as quickly as possible. They were able to move the repair along much faster than the original estimated completion date while still making sure everything was properly repaired, reassembled, painted, calibrated, and tested. I really appreciated how much effort Kyle and the rest of the team put into accommodating my situation and getting the car back to me before I needed it for the start of school. The final work looks great, the car is driving perfectly, and everything was completed successfully. I know it took a lot of coordination behind the scenes to make it happen, and I’m extremely grateful to Kyle and the entire Caliber team. Absolutely a five-star experience!

Not sure why the brakes is making more noises after I picked it up. It wasn't making any noises before I dropped it off. Now i'm going to have to bring it to another shop to get my brakes check.

When I picked my car up today, I was thinking everything was fine. Couple things happens, but we figured it out. My alignment is still not the way that it should be. It’s still leaning towards the right as I’m driving it. Mitch is very well aware of this and I told him after this long day today, give me a day and I will contact you guys back on Friday so he can take the car and drive it around and see where I’m coming from cause the alignment is still off. Thank you. You did an amazing job.
