I was completely satisfied with Kyle’s communication. He was great throughout this whole process. However, delays were frequent and frustrating. They weren’t his fault, it comes with the nature of accidents. And I have to see exactly how well my car runs. Overall, I’m satisfied, just not COMPLETELY satisfied

almost perfect. car drives perfectly and i already took a 2 hour drive. some very minor quirks but theyre only issues if i’m nitpicking. overall, pretty great

Absolutely the best experience from beginning to end! Matt was amazing at keeping me updated on my car's progress. They even took care of coordinating my Enterprise rental pickup and drop-off so I didn't have to stress about transportation at all! I had barely any concerns, but their incredible customer service immediately put me at ease. I'll definitely be recommending Matt and his team to anyone looking for top-notch repairs. The repairs made to my vehicle were fantastic, and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I gave a 9 instead of a 10 just because of a minor line on the bumper reinstallation, but you can barely see it. I’d definitely bring my car back here and recommend them to others.
