Thanks to everyone who helped me with my repairs as well as all my questions about pricing, insurance, timelines and rentals. Katelyn (sorry if I misspelled) was very helpful and always answered when I called. I’m positive she works very hard at caliber and I hope they know how valuable she is. George (again, sorry if misspelled) was my main/only point of contact after Katelyn and he answered all my questions and everything he said to me ended up being accurate ! I will update if anything changes !

From the minute, I walked in the door to the minute I walked out with a complete project. This facility is amazing from the front desk lady to my repair tech to the Manager. They went above and beyond their jobs to satisfy me. I want to thank everybody involved in this project.

It's unfortunate when a body shop od needed to repair your car, especially if it's the result of an accident. Fortunately however, there is Caliber. From beginning to completion, they are thr most competent professionals you could hope for. They notify you of the progress and manage your expectations. They will even go out of their way to complete the needed work if you need your car a little sooner than promised. All in all, you cannot find a better auto body company. Highly Recommend.

They didn’t have proper communication and even they didn’t complete the full work also they are supposed to back dumper and rear passenger seat side door also but they didn’t complete that work properly I am really not satisfied with you.

Amazing craftsmanship. Jorge and his team met my expectations and more. Kept me informed along the way and the finished product looks fantastic. Still waiting on the Chevy emblem which will be the cherry on top. Good Hustle Caliber collision.

Very likely, my experience was very comfortable and better than expected. Coming in for car repairs isn’t usually the most amazing process but caliber collision specifically this location working with Tim, Tailor Gibby and Connor made it very palatable and I would highly recommend to those seeking this.

Working with Tim and Taylor from start to finish was extremely satisfying as a first time client! I didn’t know what to expect, but both Tim and Taylor made the process very palatable and recommendation worthy. This location is very prompt and thorough entering any and all questions I had throughout the process. Gibby and Connor offered very comfortable rides back home and back to the location, making the experience feel as luxurious as it could be.

All staff were friendly and professionally. I had quite a few concerns about my vehicle and the way it was hit. Taylor was outstanding in explaining how the vehicle was hit, the damage it might have incurred, and how Caliber was going to go about it. I really appreciated how Taylor educated and informed me about my vehicle without making me feel like I had no clue about what I was talking about it. Instead, she professionally informed me about me concerns. Taylor also consistently kept me updated about my vehicle. Thank you all so much for such a seamless experience
