They were very communicative about the repair on my vehicle. I did have a small issue with being told things were completed and then being told that more work as actually going to need to be done, but outside of that, they did a great job on my repair. Just waiting to have my windshield repaired and some trim repair and I’ll be 100%!

I forgot his name but that’s just my brain’s fault. The representative was outstanding, even though there were issues with my repair. Timothy and Jorge did a fabulous job getting my car back on the road, working with my insurance for the repair and car rental. The Caliber Collision text system kept me informed, almost down to the minute, of the repair process and when it would be ready. Great company.
