I did not have any repairs done as my vehicle was deemed totaled by the other driver’s insurance. However, the customer service that I received was wonderful. The people were friendly and I feel like Jorge did an incredible job of looking over the car and writing up a very thorough and complete estimate of the damages because the other drivers insurance had quite clearly lowballed and offered an estimate that would’ve included repairs that appeared not fully safe. The front desk staff were also wonderful and very easy to deal with. Caliber came very highly recommended to me by a friend who has worked in the insurance industry for years, so I am glad that I took her advice. My son also spoke favorably of their work on his car! Should I ever need repairs again? I will definitely reach out to caliber.

Professional and talented. It was as if they had a magic wand and put my car back together like a puzzle. That takes a lot of skill and Caliber Collision has it. I also like how they detail the car inside and out before you get your car back.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision! After accidentally hitting a pole and damaging the entire driver’s side of my car, I was worried about how it would turn out — but Jorge and the team completely exceeded my expectations. Jorge took incredible care of my car from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. The repairs were completed on time, and my car looks brand new again — you’d never know it was ever damaged! I’m so grateful for the excellent communication, professionalism, and quality of work.
