We were very happy with the detail work. Only thing we had was that we wanted both headlights to be replaced, even if it meant paying out of pocket for the second headlight.

Perfect communication about where they were throughout the whole process. Always felt looped in. Went above and beyond for my family. I greatly Appreciated the text messages and emails. Because sometimes I’m at work and can’t talk on the phone or check a voicemail. But I could always read updates and feel informed. Finished product looked impeccable. Office building was even decorated in holiday Halloween decor when we stopped by to pay the deductible which was a nice touch. Also the food truck outside was a pleasant surprise. I give it a 15/10. A+++.

Not happy with promises, gas was missing, was told that they calibrated front radars, but it gave the same problem as it did before repair. Also I find on windshield 2 pieces who have to hold plastic pieces together , but not used.
