Took my car to Caliber to get damages for auto accident. The process was quick and easy. They said it would be done on the 3oth and it was. When I picked up my truck. Made an appointment roughly week and half out car still had to get transferred to Cactus and 23rd. Got my car back from my bumper being replaced, me and chris walked out to the car and showed him the bumper had gaps that caliber replaced (was not like that before) that’s not how it’s supposed to be. Chris kept arguing saying that’s how it was supposed to be when i know for a fact it’s not. I have multiple pictures and evidence of my bumper before i dropped it off and other pictures of the same exact model 0 bumper gaps. kept making excuses for the bumper gaps saying cars age yes they do but a car that is one years old and it is not a good excuse. yes i was heated and upset but not until i got a finger stuck up at me and disrespect towards my mother. Also my Off road radio antenna was broken off (on my hood) and noticed it slapping against my hood on the drive home. Although it was a rocky start Chris did make it right for me and fixed the bumper gaps, both apologized and shook hands, explained both sides in the end. Not looking to get anyone in trouble like i said chris made it up in the end and was satisfied. Use this as an example of how a situation can get deescalated instead of escalating. (coming from a business owner in the automotive industry)

Dave has always gone above and beyond and clearly explained everything throughout the entire process and always kept in contact. The service I received from Caliber was top notch and truly took my stress and anxiety away after my stolen car was found. After getting my car back I could physically see how well it was fixed and the car drove smooth. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to friends and family.
