Dave and the entire team from Caliber were absolutely AMAZING. Not only were they communicative , funny , & on time, my car looks awesome! I went there through my insurance but they have created a customer for life. I will not go anywhere else in the future . Highly recommend.

The bumper that was painted ain't fully connected and there is a big blob of paint and some missing on the bumper by the wheel well

I really appreciated Kaitlyn (sp?) answering all my questions and helping me figure out the rental, she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Overall the process was smooth which was a relief. I noticed an imperfection after I got my car back the first time so I brought it back and Dakota was very professional and courteous, he immediately scheduled a rental (at no cost to me) so that he could get the imperfection fixed, no questions asked, and it was fixed in a timely manner. He also took the time to give me a quote that I requested for a part replacement that was not related to the accident. I really appreciated how respectful he was throughout the whole process and I will be coming back for any future repairs that I need specifically because I felt that he really cared about the work being done correctly while also being mindful of time.
