I really appreciated Kaitlyn (sp?) answering all my questions and helping me figure out the rental, she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Overall the process was smooth which was a relief. I noticed an imperfection after I got my car back the first time so I brought it back and Dakota was very professional and courteous, he immediately scheduled a rental (at no cost to me) so that he could get the imperfection fixed, no questions asked, and it was fixed in a timely manner. He also took the time to give me a quote that I requested for a part replacement that was not related to the accident. I really appreciated how respectful he was throughout the whole process and I will be coming back for any future repairs that I need specifically because I felt that he really cared about the work being done correctly while also being mindful of time.

Probably not because it seems more like just do the minimum on what's damage and that's it but keep truck 2 weeks not expecting a new truck but it would be nice to kind of match everything up like I said before new shoes old laces it feels like .

Happy with work just not happy that my top headlights didn't get replaced it's like buying a new pair of shoes but using your old laces so now I have to spend more money to replace them when they should of been replaced

Dave and Jorge are great assets to the business! I felt very comfortable dealing with both of them. Jorge kept me updated on the progress the entire time. He underst6ood that I would be on vacation when the car would be ready and worked it out that I was able to pick it up after I returned home. Dave was very entertaining and polite.
