I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. From start to finish, Tim, Connor, Kaitlyn, and the entire team were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They did an amazing job repairing my car and kept me informed throughout the process. What really stood out to me was that they went above and beyond what was required for my insurance claim. They took the time to buff out scuffs and touch up a few areas that had nothing to do with the accident, simply because they wanted my car to look its best. That level of care and attention is rare these days. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Not only does my car look great, but I left feeling like I was treated with kindness and respect the entire time. I truly appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs.

The repair is fine and the paint and body work looks good. The issue is the clean up. The trunk area was a mess. I had to clean it up much better. It’s just the little things. I gave it to them clean I should have gotten it back clean. The overall service was great they kept me informed of the whole process. I would recommend them.
