David Smith was responsive every time I called he was there and return my calls property with a high level of customer service. I had several issues that needed to be resolved just to get my car fixed even though it was extra lengthy as far as the time frame of almost being a month still seem to try to do everything he can to get the process moving forward. Towards the end of the process there was still a check engine light on after everything was prepared and he was able to fix that I'm very short amount of time to make sure that I can get on the road same day. Even though my insurance company Geico seemingly was a piece of s*** throughout the whole process he's still tried his best to accommodate. Kaitlynn receptionist is very nice as well.

This has been my first car, my first accident and my first time doing an adult situation alone with my car. Going in I was a little stressed and overwhelmed but with the help of the gentlemen thy helped me with my car made everything super easy and simple. They gave me a time when it would be don’t and kept in contact with me everyday through texting when something new came up with my car and they got done with my car before the time they predicted. I couldn’t get a hold of them by calling, but I was able to get a hold of them through text and when I let them know no one was answering they called me 30 minutes later. Thank you caliber collision for making my visit easy as possible! I am so happy to have my baby back! Thank you thank you thank you!!
