Car was not clean when I initially went to pick it up. After they made a second attempt, we found the interior covered heavily in dust. Repairs appear to be done quite well, however.

Communication was excellent most of the time. Once in a while, it was lacking. The system had my name wrong and that seemed to be impossible to correct. For 6 weeks, I was called by the wrong name. Tim was very helpful and truly cared about my satisfaction.
