It broke my heart to learn my car was considered a total loss. I had it since 2017 and made sure it was serviced timely. I had just put new tires on it, it only had 103k miles on it. I filled gas tank only cost $40 and it was extremely reliable. It was driven from the Pacific to the Atlantic Ocean and back. I will miss its reliability and ease of care.

The repairs were wonderful but the anterior of my car was covered it white sticky stuff and dirt, they tried to wipe it down but it wasn’t very well. On my hood there is left over paint or possibly primer on it. I don’t know what it is but it didn’t come off when I took it to the car wash and it definitely wasn’t there when I dropped it off. For the good work on the body damage they did I guess I would have expected a bit better detail done then I was given.

Tim was awesome throughout the whole process, my vehicle was done there a few years ago when it was owned by I 17 Collision, the paint was really bad on it. Of course there was no warranty due to the fact you guys took over the business. Tim was very helpful in pricing and doing everything he could do in order for me to get my wife’s car back looking like new again I’m very happy with everything. Hopefully we don’t need anything else done but if so, I will return as a customer.

Work appears fine, Communication was less than ideal. The rear visor was sun faded so I had asked to please let me know the price for me to get it resprayed and never did get that. Curious why you woukd not provide as it would have been an additional sale.
