Louis did a great job of keeping me up todate regarding the status of our RAV4 including when some parts ordered from Toyota were received broken a delay in extension of when the vehicle would be completed, but I appreciated his honesty and transparency. Your automated texts are great to receive.

It took almost two months to complete the repairs, but it was my understanding that some of the parts took forever to get due to supply chain issues, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Caliber said they would cover rental car that insurance dId not, so I’m very satisfied and the car looks and drives like new.
