It took twice as long as quoted and quality the workmanship is just not what was expected. Advisor was friendly. Receptionist was not personable. You can tell she dosent like her job was in there 3 times never seen her smile or be nice.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Our Honda Accord looks better than it has in years. I appreciated the whole process from beginning to end. I worked with one person who explained what was needed to be done, kept in touch via text, called when he needed additional authorization and went above-and-beyond to obtain a code from our dealership.
