It really helped with Daniel Tax keeping me informed. I never had to call him for an update like I did with another shop.

Daniel Tax was great. He always kept me informed on what was going on with ordering parts, delays, wrong parts being sent, etc. The final product was superb. It is hard to blend red paint but Caliber Collision did a good job.

I understand that getting parts was the main issue plus undetected damage by the insurance adjuster do to hidden damage found once the car was taken apart.
