Caliber told me my car would be ready for pickup on Friday. I told them Friday would be inconvenient and I asked if there was any chance they could complete it by Thursday since that would be much more convenient for me. They said they’d try but couldn’t guarantee it. Well, on Thursday afternoon I received a text saying my car was ready. This saved me significant time and hassle and it was very much appreciated. Thank you, Caliber staff!
