It should have never take a month + to finish repairs on this vehicle. The front end of the process was painful. The actual work performed is seemingly very well done.

This question was tricky to answer, because it was the tale of two very different phases of our repair. Phase 1 - My son spoke with Caliber Collision and arranged dropoff of the vehicle. At the time the vehicle was 100% drivable. He was told they could get the vehicle in to be looked and arranged dropoff. Then, what happened is that the original Caliber location asked us to send it to a different location. We agreed. Then, the vehicle sat there an NOTHING WAS DONE FOR 11-12 days. No disassembly, no parts ordering, etc. Why did it make sense to arrange dropoff of a perfectly drivable 12 days before the repair could start? This cost us hundreds of extra dollars in rental costs, rideshare costs, and inconvenience. Phase II - Once the repair started, I believe our contact's name was Alan, and he did a wonderful job working with us. He deserved an 8 or 9 for his part in this. You need to ask questions about the timeliness of your services, and not just customer service... this was the closest question where I could express this concern
