Caliber is a topnotch repair shop. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk who was very helpful. Camila was awesome. She went over the damage and told me the timeline of when the parts would be in and when the work should be completed. She called me several times to update me on the estimated time of completion. Rodney was very helpful and such a nice guy. Great crew. My vehicle looks awesome. They did an Amazing job. Would definitely go back to this shop and would recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you!

Overall experience with his team was outstanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to work with from the management to the front desk to the technicians in the back, Camilia who was basically a personal assistant through this whole experience. Always kept me updated with text messages and the process of where the truck was. They even detailed and clean my vehicle. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Customer service was top-notch and even remembered my name when I came back to pick the truck up. Hopefully I never have to come back again, but if I do, it will be to this location thank you to the team at caliber collision for an overall 100% satisfactory
