Post repair work, there is too much wind noise coming into the vehicle both at normal street driving as well as highway speeds. Not an acceptable repair quality!

Larry really took the extra step in being fully transparent with each step of the repair process. Even when unforseen issues came up, part delays etc. He and the Caliber team made sure that I knew how the process was progressing. Being new to the area, I really appreciated how friendly all the staff were, and how willing they were to go that extra mile to make sure that the service was up to spec.

There were two confusing calls from the front desk during my interactions with Caliber. One at the beginning telling me that I did not have a rental car reservation, which was not true. Another message left on my phone that was meant for another customer. Seemed a bit disorganized. When I arrived to drop the car the clerk ignored me and kept working on her computer and talking out loud about how silly some situation was. DId not seem very professional
