My car wasn't fully or carefully repaired. There was a scratch on my door that was part of the claim that did not get fixed. There was a loose bolt or other small part left in my door, literally between the outside metal and inside plastic where it's unreachable. Non-claim related damage was marked in pink and left on my car at pickup and the front desk employes had to clean it. Also, an employee left a drill bit on my front seat.
