Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and dealt with Enterprise car rental for me. Josh was very thorough going over my car before and after the work was done and explained the process. He was good at keeping me informed along the way. I would definitely use Cailber Collision again!

If they have a spare vehicle I would recommend them. The delays caused my rental car bill to be over double what it should have been.

My vehicle looks like new again but the communication on the progress was lacking. The tire subcontractor kept breaking things and having to order new parts which really delayed the repair. There seemed to be no sense of urgency from either location.

Dropping the car off took longer than I anticipated. I had called the shop the day before letting them know the time that I was dropping it off and they said that works. It still took 35 minutes to finally leave Caliber Collision
