Jason, advisor was great to work with. He kept me updated all the way through. The entire team was amazing starting with Sharon, next the young ladies at reception and a special thanks to the mechanics that worked on my vehicle. You make things very easy for clients during a stressful time, the fact I could just drop off the rental at your facility without having to worry about it, it’s life changing 😁. Very impressed with the service from each member of the team , from GM who called me today and showing caring for the customer , to the young lady at the front desk , to the nice lady who always is willing to help to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me to get my truck back on time as I was on a hurry due to a family trip it was scheduled ahead of time due to my son high school graduation, I do appreciate everyone’s help and I will highly recommend anyone to use Caliber Collision Team. The completion of the repairs on my car was excellent, however there was still one part that was not replaced, I did speak with my advisor about it and he stated he will have them replaced other than that everything else was great and taken care of 😊
