The completion of the repairs on my car was excellent, however there was still one part that was not replaced, I did speak with my advisor about it and he stated he will have them replaced other than that everything else was great and taken care of 😊

Customer service 1000 everyone! Every staff member i encountered was welcoming, polite, and explained what I should expect during their repair process. Kevin, especially went over and beyond for a small unexpressed desire I had. Without him even knowing what I wanted, he surprised me with a painted fuel door (I don’t know the mechanical term). They even cleaned and vacuumed my car!!!!! To say I’m satisfied is really an understatement. GREAT JOB TEAM🏁❤️🖤🏁

When a Winnebago backed into my Chevy Camaro that had previously been in perfect condition I was pretty upset. Caliber collision help take some of the stress out of a stressful situation. They said it could take up to 2 weeks but completed the job in 2 days! They gave it back to me freshly cleaned inside and out and looking like new again! Great job!!

Marqus Hudson was very nice and friendly and spent time going over what was repaired on my car, you can’t even tell the passenger side back door was hit by another car they did an excellent job.
