Marcus was top notch but chris was terrible no customer service at all i received my car with nail in the tire, which they tried to claim it was not their responsibility after patching the tire and assuming responsibility they patched it on the wall of the tire, which is an extreme liability and very dangerous after running from shop to shop, which is what I was told to do to get the tire fixed and Manager Chris still tried to deny me of it after negotiating with him for about 15 minutes. He finally decided to pay for it when I said thank you he walked off and cussed at me. Marquis was top-notch for Chris really needs to work on customer service.

Amazing service from day one that I dropped my car to when I picked up my car. I was informed of every step in the repair and the gentleman that handled my case was very friendly and answered all of my concerns with an amazing professionalism yet in a friendly way. I would highly recommend caliber. You were all superb from the beginning of the process until the completion. Chris was awesome by coming outside to approve caliber to take the job. Kevin did outstanding work. You cannot tell this car was ever touched. The texts asking the way were comforting as well. The ladies at your front desk were pleasant, polite and very efficient.
