Customer service as above and beyond! Everyone was excellent but mikeya that answers the phone is the reason we choose that shop, so professional i knew our car would be in good hands. Every office needs a clone just like her. She should teach phone skills to other companies. I answered the phone for a busy group of doctors for 25 years, rarely today do find someone that has awesome phone skills. The saying that you have one chance to make a good first impression starts with first person they speak with is usually the person anawering the call.
