The front desk receptionist not only did her job beyond her means while I waited, Kayla displayed a warm caring attitude toward customers and myself. Marcus was very respectful and professional in his representation, explanation, and connecting with me to feel confident knowing my vehicle will be handled with care. Both made sure before I left my vehicle I was accommodated. Enterprise was my rental car. Marcus and the communication receiving text updates on how long my vehicle will be before the work was complete was great. The completion of the work made me happy to see the end result. I’ll use Caliber Collision again should I need them. Thank you Team.

Wow what a great experience from the front desk all the way to the repair staff. Marquis went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a 5 star experience. I have never been to an establishment where the staff actually cares about the customers car and their experience. It was so easy and almost too good to be true. Thank you to the whole staff. You all deserve a raise and a week extra vacation
