I only gave a nine because they moved my car from one shop to another and didn’t tell me. But when I went to go pick it up at the new shop the manager and front desk attendant were very apologetic and helped me out in the end deal with issues with the rental car.

Mike, Nakisha, and Lane were fantastic, was able to have my vehicle inspected, estimated and repaired before another local shop was even able to schedule the initial estimate. Seamless repair process with USAA. The team was communicative, and my car came back looking fantastic. Lain was extremely helpful. Kept us informed all the way thru the process. Car looks like new! We were in the process of a trade in on a new car we ordered when the damage occurred. In this car market timing is everything and she made sure the repair was professionally done and had us out the door in time to continue the trade when the new car came in, with time to spare.
