From the time I left my car my experience was a 10+. Very friendly and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Receptionist was great and the lobby was very clean and inviting. Cannot say enough good about my experience. Good job by all.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the repair, to the point that it brought tears to my eyes. When I saw my car and remember what it looked like at the time of the accident, I was blown away. It was clean and looked as perfect 👌 as the day I bought it. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is totally satisfied, I give them a 20. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED.

Everyone was extremely professional and informative. They transferred the car from the Boca Raton shop to the Pompano shop due to it being able to be completed faster. The communication was perfect.

I was very impressed with the facility, the customer service and the services provided. The facility was very clean and did not at all feel like I was at a car collision center. They’re customer representatives were incredibly helpful, as I have never had to have a car repaired previously. All of the transactions between the facility and my insurance company were smooth and very timely. They even provided a rental car facility that comes to get you after dropping your vehicle off, plus I left my rental car at the facility upon pick up and someone from the rental car facility came to pick Up the rental car for return. Everything was absolutely hassle free. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision of Pompano to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.
