Called me and said car was ready early but needed to go back for my door handle and panel coming off so door can’t open now. White spots where work was supposed to be done. Not happy because they should of made sure it was done completely and no other caused problems by them

The bumper looks like new, and they matched the color perfectly. The only small comment was that there was a white residue, however, I called and they told me to drop by. They let me know it was from the compound they used, and cleaned it for me. The residue is washable, and it becomes transparent when wet, so it was easy to miss. It is all been resolved.

The person that did the intake of my car, and delivery was very knowledgeable. They were clear in communication, and they did a great job replacing the back bumper.

Overall I was very satisfied, but just one small thing was that I filled out paperwork twice where I specified that my name and address was different from the name and address on my insurance (since I am under my mom’s insurance, it had originally been listed as her name), but the emails and communications I got were still all addressed to her name.
