Seemed like the insurance company (paying for 80% of the work) was the primary customer. Caliber was reluctant to do work not covered by insurance [paid by me] and narrowly defined the scope of work to only damage from 1 collision, even though it would be relatively straightforward to repair adjacent dings on the same panel.
