Friendly, open and communicative staff eg Travis (adjuster) snd Aliie (office) convinced me to have Calibur Shop at 34 NE Grand Ave Pdx do the repair work--I had been inclined to have dealer shop do it. So far, repair fine and, in addition, car was returned clean/washed.

I primarily worked with Travis, who is knowledgeable, through and on your team. The work done by the repair team on my car was excellent. My car was done on time. They also wash my car when I picked it up, which I greatly appreciated!

Had some discrepancies with my battery something caused corrosion on my negative terminal, not sure what was hooked up to the vehicle. Mel didn’t pop the hood upon inspection when I got the vehicle back like things were trying to be hidden from me, unsatisfied overall.
