Amazing customer service from Mel who walked us through the entire repair process, made sure all of our questions were answered, and (literally) walked us to the rental car office and made sure that our car was ready to go. The repair work looks perfect, and the car was washed and the interior looks new again. It was a pleasure having Mel and the team repair the car!

Caliber Collision was amazing from start to finish! You have stellar customer service and are super-speedy with communication and repairs. I love that you walk me over to get my rental car and return the rental for me once my repairs are done. I also deeply appreciate that my car always looks detailed when I get it back from you. I'll never have my body work done somewhere else!
