Repair was ok, but double sided tape visible under badge. Also, rear view mirror had fallen off the window, and has yet to be reaffixed.

The service was absolutely impeccable and seamless from start to finish. They even coordinated directly with the Enterprise rental car down the block, which made having a rental while my car was being repaired incredibly easy and stress-free. Melvin personally walked me over to the rental agency himself, which was such a thoughtful and professional touch. I received text updates several times a week, along with access to an online portal where I could track exactly where my car was in the repair process. That level of transparency made a huge difference. Melvin, in particular, stood out. He was relational, attentive, and a true professional. The entire team was friendly and professional, but Melvin truly went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The finished work is flawless. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
