Caliber has completed car repair services on three of my vehicles over the last decade and I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and craftsmanship. They go above and beyond to keep me informed on progress and maintain a predetermined schedule for completion. Working with Caliber is a very different experience than your typical body shop. For example, with each of my repairs, a single technician managed the work schedule, communication, and billing , so when I needed to know something, I only had to contact one person. Caliber is definitely the best part of having car trouble.

Multiple issues here. 1. The molding around the drivers side window is loose. I hear a whistling noise when driving and I’m concerned this window will now leak when it rains. 2. Shattered glass from the original incident is still in the drivers side door cupholder. 3. The driver side seatbelt is jammed and I couldn’t release it. It’s not working consistently. Please resolve these isssues.

The staff was great. The receptionist was quick and attentive with paperwork and getting me settled for my appointment. Marcus did a great job keeping in touch throughout the repair process. Would come back to this shop again. The repair was finished quicker than expected 10/10
