You guys forgot a hammer inside my engine and the bottom protection of the engine was not secured and scratching while I was driving. Very disappointed.

I'm in my mid 50's and I've never been in an accident ever, so this was my very first experience with needing auto repair. I had just bought my car a week prior to when someone hit it while it was parked. Fortunately, it was entirely her fault and her insurance took care of everything. Her insurance (Liberty Mutual) asked me who I wanted to take my car to for repair and I told them that I assume it would be easier to use whoever they normally use and they said that it would in fact be easier, and that they would recommend Caliber Collision. I'm glad I took his advice because the process was smooth and very fast. My car was done within one week. if I ever have a repair need in the future, I definitely will use Caliber.

Everything looks great, although the gas lid feels far less substantial than what was there before. That's the only thing that surprised me. Wasn't sure why that was replaced, but the section of the car that contains that was damaged so I'm guessing the gas opening/lid part was attached to the new replacement panel/part. The inside of the gas opening/part has the KIA logo on it so I'm sure it must be legit. Just weird it's not as sturdy as the original. Doesn't matter to me though to be honest because of the lifetime warranty the repairs have. My only feedback worth taking note would be that whatever cleaner or polish used on the inside of my car stinks of some werid chemical. Not sure what was used, but I'm highly sensitive to strong scents so I've been driving with the windows down until that smell goes away. FYI - My car was pristinely clean when I brought it in so it didn't need to be cleaned on the inside anyway.

The people at Caliber were friendly and seemed professional, however, my car, an all-electric Ionic 5, was not ready to be picked up. I was aware that we were still waiting on a piece of molding. 1. It would not start. The 12 volt battery was dead. The young lady who helped me jumped it. It started and I drove home to Scappoose about 28 miles away. When I came back out around 5:45, it would not start. Completely dead. The car was running perfectly when I brought it in 2 weeks prior. I’m not sure what to do next. I’ll try calling in the morning. 2. The car was dirty with greasy hand prints, smudges and marks on the windows and replacement door. The inside was also dirty with a lot of dust. 3. The side mirror on the damaged side was/is very loose. Please contact me. Pete McHugh 503-201-7284
