Excellent customer service excellent work completed. Friend at work so impressed they will be bringing there car to Caliber Collision. I don’t have allot of car accidents, but if so some unfortunate accident I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Caliber to have work completed there.

My vehicle was broken in to, as well as vandalized, i wasn't sure how it would be repaired or how long it would take. I called caliber and spoke with Dannie Manuel, he quickly answered all of my questions and concerns and even made time for me to drop my vehicle off that same day. Ive worked in customer service for most my life and its rare to find someone who not only likes what they do, but is incredibly knowledgable. All of my concerns were lifted working with Dannie, he also updated me every step of the way through the repairs. When my truck was finished it looked amazing and i had a phenomenal experience working with caliber for my repairs, especially with Dannie helping me!! I will certainly recommend my experience to my friends and a huge thank you to Dannie, theres a invaluable employee right there!!! Love the guy, great attitude and top notch help. My car was involved with a hit and run incident. Caliber Collision was quick to work on my car, kept me updated throughout the process, repaired my car to look better than before the incident and even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car before returning the keys to me! I was truly impressed with their friendliness and quality of work!
