Staff were all very nice, but very inconsistent with follow-up, didn’t call with updates when they promised to. There seemed to be a big disconnect between the estimated completion date/information I would get in the automated updates I received by email and what staff told me when I would call for updates. Staff also called and mistakenly told me my car was being totaled, which was a stressful and confusing experience until we sorted out that they had called the wrong person.

I would like to give aTen, However they couldn’t’ put a touch of paint on a nick in the paint above the fender on the hood that they replaced. Then when l inquired about a touch of touch up paint l was informed they don’t do that. I would have to bring the car back in. Not after spending over week with no transportation and one excuse after another why it was never ready when projected...
